Job Title: Sales Representative (Commission-based)

Job Summary: Prepaid Meters Limited (PML), supplier of Prepaid Electricity Metering solutions, is looking for dynamic, highly motivated and disciplined Sales Representatives to join our team.

This post is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Representative. The Commission Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients, acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. They will be expected to understand and promote our products and solutions, negotiate and close sales deals, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition

Pitching PML products to the target market to ensure growth of customer base.
Make all field visits end up with a positive experience to the customers.
Market the product and find potential customers.
Meet sales targets.

Customer education

Educating customers about the solution and product use.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant must hold a Degree or Diploma from a recognized and accredited University /Institution.
Certificate in Electrical installation or knowledge/understanding of electricity is an added advantage.
1-2 Yrs. of Proven experience as a sales representative.
Experience in selling electrical or building materials is an added advantage.
Fluent in English and any other local language.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Ability to approach new customers.
Excellent Convincing/Selling Language
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable enough.
